Featuring, during the summer of 2026, the promising young chef Arthur Veidig, fresh from Paris, where he trained at Ferrandi, one of France’s most prestigious culinary schools.
A native of Marseille, Arthur returns to the sunshine of his hometown with a cuisine that reflects his personality: fresh, Mediterranean, colorful, and full of flavor.
He is the younger brother of Marie Veidig of the art gallery Le Studio Marie Veidig, located right next to aussih on Rue Decazes.
At just 18 years old, he’s already brimming with talent, creativity, and a desire to surprise you.
