  • Where can you buy your CityPass?

  • How do I activate my CityPass?

    Simply present your CityPass Marseille at the entrance to partner sites (either at the ticket counter or via a reader) to gain free access to attractions (only one entry per site for the duration of the Pass’s validity) or benefit from exclusive discounts (each offer can be used only once). The CityPass is valid for 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours, depending on the option chosen. 📌 Example: If you activate a 24h pass by scanning it for the first time at 2pm on a Friday, it will remain valid until 1:59pm on Saturday.

  • Are there different types of CityPass?

    The CityPass Marseille is available in 2 different forms:

    • The CityPass Marseille with public transport: you will need to collect it from the reception desk at the Marseille Convention and Visitors Bureau in order to activate it and use it.
    • CityPass Marseille without public transport: an email will be sent to you and you will be able to access the activities directly using this email. > Product currently unavailable for sale

  • Is there a CityPass for groups?

    CityPass Marseille is reserved for individual customers. For requests for more than 9 people, please send a request by e-mail to: citypassmarseille@marseille-tourisme.com

  • How do CityPass guided tours work?
    • For the 72h CityPass: one free guided tour (per CityPass) of your choice from the €10 program of guided tours offered by the Office de Tourisme, des Loisirs et des Congrès de Marseille.
    • For CityPass 24h and 48h: 30% discount on a guided tour (per CityPass) of your choice from the €10 program of guided tours offered by the Office de Tourisme, des Loisirs et des Congrès de Marseille.

    The guided tour must be booked directly with our tourism advisors at the Tourist Office reception desk, subject to availability on the day of booking. It is valid only for individuals from 1 to 9 people. Contact the Tourist Office

  • Can CityPass Marseille be refunded?

    Your CityPass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The Office de Tourisme, des Loisirs et des Congrès cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation due to force majeure, bad weather or loss.
