In the heart of Marseille's emblematic Vallon des Auffes harbor, perched on one of its rocks, Auffo opens the doors to a jewel case with its heart beating to the rhythm of the Mediterranean.
Like a declaration of love from chef Coline FAULQUIER to the Cité Phocéenne, the Grande Bleue is also the mistress of the place, and the mainly marine creatures are at the heart of a vegetal, sea-oriented cuisine.
The warm interior is bathed in natural light, which floods in whatever the weather. Wood, light tones and rounded shapes provide a gentle counterpoint to the sharp edges of the surrounding rocks.
