Discover or rediscover the city with your family
Guided tours
During the school holidays, the Tourist Office offers activities designed for younger children and those accompanying them, combining play, discovery and imagination.
Children can explore the Cité Radieuse on a fun trail, solve a royal investigation full of mysteries about the Sun King, or go on a treasure hunt in the heart of Parc Borély. It’s the perfect way to have fun while learning, and to create great memories to share with your children!

Notre-Dame de la Garde, a must-see!
If there’s one thing you can’t miss in Marseille, it’s our famous Good Mother, Notre-Dame de la Garde, which dominates the city from its hilltop. There are several ways to get there: on foot (about 20 minutes from the Vieux-Port), by bike or by bus (line 60). If you’re a family, the most practical option is to take the little tourist train, which departs from the Old Port and takes you straight to the basilica.
