A unique event in Marseille

The Delta Festival, this year in the colours of Rio carnival, offers a diverse programme featuring national and international artists of electronic music, pop, hip-hop, reggae and other musical genres. Audiences can enjoy 5 stages and areas dedicated to concerts, DJ sets and artistic performances.

The festival also offers a variety of cultural activities, including urban art exhibitions, relaxation areas and creative workshops to suit all tastes and styles. The organisers make a point of preserving the environment at festivals and encourage responsible behaviour. A truly committed festival, the Delta Festival also hosts the biggest Youth Forum in France, with 9 themed villages and 700 committed players.

Popular activities

As well as the concerts, which are the main attraction, the festival offers a wide range of activities in its themed villages.

In the arts village, discover a body-painting workshop, a tattoo stand with renowned tattoo artists, a prop-making workshop and even a theatre workshop where you can try your hand at the world of Molière. More than 20 stands and 90 artists come together to offer you a moment of discovery around artistic activities of all kinds.

In the water sports village, you ‘ll find stands promoting water sports presented by the Office de la mer, as well as introductory courses in sailing, kayaking, paddling and much more! Acroyoga classes and giant belly-slide activities will also be on offer.

In the international village, enjoy culinary tastings of typical dishes from around the world, dance shows, parades in traditional dress, stand-ups and other colourful activities for young and old.

In the student life village, it’s time to celebrate, with inflatable activities that are out of this world, for lots of laughs and sharing. Races, courses and challenges will be on offer, all in good fun.

Theres also the living-together village, the regional village, the environment village, the health village, the start-up village and the opportunities village.
