Small independent villa in the middle of a lush garden of 1000m2 in the heart of Marseille and in a quiet residential area: no car traffic in the street and easy possibility to park the vehicle in front of the villa.

This cottage provides high-end services. A large living room, whose night and day areas are separated by a sliding partition. Dining area and kitchen facing the bay window overlooking the garden: Fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The night area has a 160x200cm bed, and a sofa bed that can be used by 2 people (2x90cm). Also opening onto the garden.

Flat screen TV, wi-fi, reversible air conditioning. Large bright bathroom with large sink, large Italian shower (80x120cm), toilet.
Outside, a terrace accessible from the kitchen side, with table and armchairs for breakfast in the morning, and another space by the pool, under the shaded gazebo, with barbecue.

Cleaning, sheets and towels on request (pack 70€). Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bathtub, deckchair). Out of season, stay possible from 2 nights. Extra bed on request (supplement). Communal swimming pool accessible (except Sunday), secure, large Mediterranean garden with flowered and shaded areas.

The city center is accessible by tram (stop 100m away - 20 mins), and motorway access nearby towards Cassis and its Calanques, Aix en Provence and its heritage riches. Shops 200m away, mini-market and local shops.
