Located in Marseille, this charming cottage for four people is the ideal place for a stay combining comfort, exploration, and conviviality. Outside, you'll enjoy a true haven of peace in the heart of the city: a private terrace perfect for al fresco dining (accessible via a few steps), as well as a small swimming pool (approximately 3x3 meters, 1.20 meters deep, chlorinated and equipped with an alarm), ideal for cooling off on sunny Marseille days. The cottage benefits from a convenient location for discovering Marseille and its surroundings, while offering a peaceful setting to relax after your excursions. (The courtyard overlooks a busy boulevard) Fully air-conditioned, the cottage comprises: - An air-conditioned living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed, TV, a round table with 4 chairs (to be added), a bookcase, and an open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso pod coffee machine, 3-burner induction hob, and extractor hood. A small hallway with storage space leads to: - A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a chest of drawers. - A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and toilet. This city break is located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. Free street parking. WiFi, pets allowed, end-of-stay cleaning included. Bed linen and towels are optional.
