La Boîte savoureuse is a healthy, gourmet and responsible caterer. Honorine Daudet-Pelissou's eco-responsible approach begins with the choice of seasonal products sourced from local producers, especially from Marseille! She cooks with an eye to producing as little waste as possible, trying to work with a product as a whole. She has also chosen an energy supplier with cooperative values for her workshop. Finally, no disposable packaging will be used at your event, and you'll find real crockery: cutlery, plates, verrines and glass dishes. Thanks to these commitments, the company has been awarded 2 "macarons" by the ecotable label.
