La Cuisine de l'Arc is a restaurant open for lunch on weekdays, offering high-quality, varied and affordable cuisine based on fresh, local produce. The menu is available to eat in, take away or as a catered meal. Each dish is carefully prepared by chef Matthias Germain, with a team of employees on a professional integration program, as the restaurant is also a springboard and training ground. Here, eating well goes hand in hand with solidarity: an inclusive offer, thanks to "Meal Vouchers", also enables people on low incomes to eat here. La Cuisine de l'Arc operates as a cooperative: individuals and organizations can become members, invest and get involved in a human, gourmet and solidarity-based adventure. Outside of restaurant hours, the space transforms itself into a third place, with social and cultural events (exhibitions, screenings, concerts, etc.) for the Noailles district. La Cuisine de l'Arc offers an on-demand catering service for groups of 15 to 150 people.
