Due to the large number of coaches stuck in traffic and the traffic problems encountered when travelling to Notre-Dame de la Garde, the City of Marseille has banned coaches longer than 13.5 metres from using Rue d’Endoume and those longer than 13 metres from using Vallon de l’Oriol.

The by-law prohibits
Tourist coaches longer than 13.50 m are prohibited from travelling along Rue d’Endoume.
Tourist coaches longer than 13 metres are prohibited from travelling along Chemin Vallon de l’Oriol.
