With a beautiful open view of the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Aurélien mountains, Les Restanques is an apartment located on the 1st floor of the owners' house. The cottage has a private parking space with entrance through an independent gate. The beautiful 7.5x3.5m swimming pool is shared with the owners and their children, it is equipped with a movable floor allowing the depth to be adjusted up to 1.60m. It is heated from May 1 to October 15 and is accessible every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. After a common entrance, access to the apartment is via a staircase with a pretty stone wall.
In duplex, it is composed:
- a living room with fitted kitchen: oven/microwave, 2 induction rings, extractor, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Living room with sofa bed and coffee table. Bay window opening onto a private terrace of 17m² with relaxation lounge and barbecue.
- a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, two windows with a view of the mountains.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, washing machine, washbasin with vanity unit.
- an attic bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, chest of drawers and skylight. The apartment is equipped with a heated/cooled floor, as well as reversible air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. The entire property is non-smoking, inside and out. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included. Pets prohibited.
