Les IV Vents

In the countryside of Saint Rémy de Provence, the Les IV Vents gîte is attached to the owners' house, facing a beautiful garden with trees and flowers and a private swimming pool.
You are both in the countryside near the Crau plain where you can hike or cycle, and at the same time 3km from the center of Saint Rémy de Provence in the heart of the Alpilles regional natural park. Avignon, the Luberon and Arles are within a 30km radius. Outside, you will benefit from a private terrace with garden furniture, a plancha area, games for children (hut, trampoline), a private swimming pool 12x6m (depth 1.5m) open from May to September and secured by a barrier with a summer kitchen area. A large garden of 3000m². Two covered parking spaces and a private closed garage. A laundry room is accessible at the back of the house with a private washing machine and a drying area. The house is divided into two parts, the first main part, and the second including a studio adjoining the owners.
The cottage is composed of:
- a living room with sofa and armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, large decorative fireplace and access to the terrace.
- an independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, large table with 6 chairs.
- a cellar.
- a separate toilet.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
- a first bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds and wall cupboard.
- a second bedroom with 140x190cm bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, window onto the terrace and the garden.
- an independent studio accessible from the terrace with 2 90x190cm beds, TV, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Reversible climate control. Sheets and beds made (included). Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Bathroom linen rental.
Possibility of renting the gîte for 4 people without the studio.
