The kitchen is a large convivial space with 130 seats in the spirit of the table d'hôtes. The main course (fish, meat or vegetarian) is served at the table, the mezzes are self-service in the form of a buffet.
To share the Mediterranean is to share the diversity of its cuisine through its movements and its products. At the heart of the MuCEM, multiple spaces are dedicated to its discovery: a panoramic restaurant and terrace for a meal at your own rhythm, food kiosques for a deliciously quick bite, a café in the Fort Saint Jean for traditional cuisine, a cooking school and a Mediterranean vegetable garden
