The gastronomy bus visits Provence !

Operation” Save your restaurant” was set up by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis and Provence Tourisme to support the catering sector.

Tastings, cooking shows, games… Since last September, no less than 15 local chefs have been able to present their 100% local recipes in a dozen community-based culinary events.

To do this, the “Bustronome” is touring around the Bouches-du-Rhône area so that you can eat a restaurant meal in the comfort of your own couch !

The Bustronome's Big Tour

Every week, different chefs make appointments at fixed dates and specific locations with local residents for a “click’n collect” service. The chefs will return early 2021 to create dishes for you ! ! The operation will take place between Aix-enProvence, Marseille, Allauch and Arles.

It is more than ever the time to consume locally !

The program of the tour in this month of January :

Tuesday January 12 – Marseille – Canebière

Wednesday January 13 – Aix-en-Provence – Palais de Justice

Thursday  January 14  – Marseille – Canebière

Friday January 15 – Aix-en-Provence – Palais de Justice

Saturday January 16 – Allauch

Tuesday  January 19 – Marseille – Canebière

Wednesday January 20  – Allauch

Thursday January 21 – Marseille – Canebière

Friday January 22  – Aix-en-Provence – Palais de Justice

Saturday January 23  – Arles

On Tuesday 12 January, meet at the bus from 11 am to 7 pm on “The Canebière “street in Marseille!

Delphine Roux of the restaurant « Madie Les Galinettes » offers you :

Palourdes au thym (Clams in thyme)- 15€.

Daube de Mauricette accompagnée de ses pommes de terre vapeur (Mauricette stew accompanied by its steamed potatoes) – 18€.

Tête de veau sauce ravigote et ses légumes pochés (Calf’s head with ravigote sauce and poached vegetables) – 18€.

For dessert, you will have Sylvain Depuichaffray ‘s pastries– 7€per unit.
