Small, fully renovated villa with garden, located in the 8th Arrdt. at the end of a private cul-de-sac, in the heart of the city, but as if in the country. A 10-minute walk from the sea and Parc Borély, a 5-minute walk from the metro, fairgrounds and Velodrome Stadium.

Bright and functional, the house is located at the end of a private, gated cul-de-sac. It comprises a main room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (with comfortable sofa bed), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet, and two attractive terraces (12m² each) overlooking the garden. Private parking. The master bedroom has a 160/200cm bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a large closet and access to 2 90/190cm beds. Access to the sleeping area on the mezzanine is via a slightly steep staircase (beware of children). The living room features a comfortable 140/200cm sofa bed for 2 people. Velux window with integrated shutter, opening and closing by remote control. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Access to Apple Music via HomePod, AppleTV and Airplay. Sheets and a spare set of towels can be provided if required during your stay. The cost is €20 per person. Please ask us if necessary. Please note that you can park a car in the garden under the Carport. If you have an EV, it is possible to recharge it on site via a three-phase rapid charging station (22 Kwh / 32A). The charge is €0.4 per Kwh. Please contact us if necessary. Please note that the charging cable is not supplied. The garden is entirely at your disposal, with two terraces for lunch or relaxing and listening to the birds. A vegetable patch has been installed for those who like to see vegetables grow. Nearby shops, Wifi access and private parking with Wallbox 22Kwh for electric vehicles. Ideal for families with children and business people.
