In the heart of the medieval village of Alleins, Clos du Tilleul is a 19th-century semi-detached farmhouse named after the beautiful century-old linden tree that shades the terrace. The owners have completely renovated it, transforming it into a comfortable and modern holiday rental, ideal for families or groups of friends. The enclosed grounds feature a lovely garden with mature trees, a swimming pool, and a courtyard with garden furniture. Its prime location makes it the perfect base for exploring the region's most beautiful tourist attractions and natural parks: Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, the Alpilles, and Aix-en-Provence.

The farmhouse, spread over two levels, comprises:
- A dining room equipped with Sonos speakers, a decorative fireplace, a table and chairs, a sideboard, and a coffee corner.

- A living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a TV, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic).

- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, five-burner gas cooktop, and an electric oven.

- Laundry room with storage and washing machine.

- Separate WC.

Upstairs:

- Linden Room: 140x190cm bed, bench, dressing table, open-plan shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, separate WC.

- Hill Room: 160x200cm bed, washbasin, enclosed shower room with shower cubicle and WC.

- Luberon Room: 160x200cm bed, private enclosed bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, and WC.

In front of the farmhouse, courtyard with garden furniture and parasol, lockable storage area for bicycles, charcoal barbecue. Entrance gate with keypad entry.

230m² lawned garden with private 3.20x7m (1.40m deep) saltwater swimming pool, secured by a cover and open from May to October.
Private parking for 2 vehicles on the property, enclosed by an electric gate.
