The owners have completely renovated it and made it a comfortable and modern gîte, which can accommodate families or friends for their holidays. The enclosed exterior offers a beautiful garden with trees, a swimming pool and a courtyard with garden furniture. Its privileged location makes it the ideal starting point for visiting the most beautiful tourist sites and natural parks in the region: Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, the Alpilles or Aix-en-Provence.

On two levels, the farmhouse is composed as follows:

- Living room with 2 sofas, coffee table, chest of drawers, TV, wifi (fiber).
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 5-burner gas cooker and electric oven.
- Laundry room with storage and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Tilleul bedroom: 140x190cm bed, bench, dressing table, open shower room with walk-in shower and sink, closed toilet.
- Colline bedroom: 160x200cm bed, sink, closed shower room with shower cubicle and toilet.
- Luberon bedroom: 160x200cm bed, private closed bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet.

In front of the farmhouse, courtyard with garden furniture and parasol, locked storage space for bicycles, charcoal barbecue. Entrance door with digital code.
230m² lawned garden with private 3.20x7m (depth 1.40m) salt swimming pool, secured by shutter and open from May to October.
Private parking for 2 vehicles on the property closed by electric gate.

Bathroom linen and pool towels included. End of stay cleaning included. Bed linen for hire. Fans, mobile air conditioning and mosquito nets in each room.
