It features a coworking space, a café reception area and a solar-powered canteen, digital and artisanal manufacturing spaces, and shared vegetable gardens and gardens.

The site embodies a project for a resilient society, and showcases solutions related to digital technology, eco-construction, collective intelligence and agriculture.
