Marseille In the Box !!! The whole city in a box! The store totally dedicated to Marseille Marseille has enough stories and specialties to differentiate it from Provence, it is an entity in its own right.
2600 years of history, the gateway to the Orient, the Mediterranean, open, generous, spicy... all that was missing was a downtown business specializing in the Phocaean city.
The idea? To offer everyone - Marseillais, tourists, companies - a store with everything made in Marseille that speaks of Marseille AND EXCLUSIVELY Marseille, from the rare or unique to the commonplace but always high-quality product. Le Sérail soap, a detective novel by Jean-Claude Izzo, a film by Carpita, a 1930 inkwell, contemporary earthenware, a tarot deck, a score by Vincent Scotto, an original lithograph by Dubout, a blue ball, a Cd by Raphael Imbert - come and discover or rediscover all the treasures Marseille has to offer!
To put Marseilles in a box, packaging plays a vital role in the concept: 4 metal boxes in different formats designed by Tabas, a graphic designer who was totally involved in the project. They can hold a bar of soap, a book, a T-shirt or a bottle of Pastis. They are in themselves an object to be kept and collected, with a unique design and a Marseille label.
This concept enables Marseille-based companies and event organizers (inaugurations, conventions, festivals...) to offer unique and original gifts: boxes specially adapted to their needs and budgets.
