Classic meat bistro. Seasonal cuisine from local producers who care about the environment and good produce. Short, ever-changing menu, focusing on home-made charcuterie, offal and grilled meats, all washed down with natural wines.
Marseille is a city of female chefs. Laëtitia Visse is one of those to have studied at a top Parisian school and then, at a young age, chose Marseille to discover their independence, far from the great toxic kitchen brigades. Her meat, offal and charcuterie bar is just the thing for our wildest appetites. From ‘pâté en croute’ meat pies to beef Wellington, from ‘saucisse-purée’ (sausage and mash) to red-wine and hare ‘pithiviers’ pies, everything here is delicious and homemade. A big yes from us!
The menu is constantly changing. Don’t come with any specific ideas, just ask Laëtitia or her sous-chef, both bursting with ideas and talent, what they have in mind for the day.
