Our cuisine is the cuisine of the Tunisian terroir, the cuisine that resembles us and brings us together!
Cooking plays a vital role in Tunisian social relations, and is at the heart of both joys and conflicts. Everything is resolved over a dish. And if you offer your host the best, they'll appreciate it for a long time to come! Our cuisine is original to the centre of Tunis and is aimed at everyone, regardless of income, origin or social class. Our cuisine is affordable, with prices within everyone's reach, and generous, with portions that would make even the hungriest of gourmets pale into insignificance. Our cuisine is also uncompromising. We don't adapt the taste of our dishes to please everyone. We cook just like back home, with exactly the same ingredients and the same presentation.
The only option we leave our customers is to choose a spicy dish... or not!
