New for 2025: Pizzas and Rosé Sundays
To kick off this first season, we invite you for an aperitif to savour our pizzas, with recipes by Chez Sauveur (Noailles, 1943) and a new vintage of rosé à la carte: Les Vilaines, the girls' wine that the boys love! (AOP Coteau d'Aix en Provence).
On the road to the calanques, stop at this unpretentious beach shack, in the little port of La Madrague. To be honest, we in Marseille aren’t sure we want to spread the word too much about this great aperitif-pizzasunset-and-seaview deal. Bruno Bérengier, a chef and serial entrepreneur from Marseille, now runs this business with a passion for good produce and generous dishes. As he’s also taken over the reins of the Chez Sauveur pizzeria, the cult-favourite pizza of Noailles can be devoured here too, right on the water. Fish soup, organic Frioul sea bass, clam linguine, schnitzel Milanese and more: Lebanese chef Khalil Harb takes care of the rest of the menu. The promise of a real timeless moment, even on a Sunday evening.
