Matière Brut (yes, without e) will seduce you with its warm concept, where everything is shared, even the big table. A happy omen of encounter, exchange and openness to others. An ultra-careful decoration, pure and without bling-bling which reveals only the material. That of stone, iron, concrete and wood. A visual identity that will underline that of the food served. The creamy tones and the old pink of the whole remind us of the great provincial houses.

Once past the covered terrace and the entrance, you start to feel the beating heart of the house: the kitchen open to the dining room. Here, chefs Jérémy Julien, Jordy Pons and Mathieu Dugas are proud of their know-how and wish to share it at all times, even beyond the plate.

A traditional, authentic and generous cuisine. Also visible from the dining room, the wine cellar and the ham and cheese maturing cellar impose themselves through a very aesthetic and technical atmosphere. These are the two main rooms of the room, they perfectly highlight the work of the different producers selected for their exceptional products. At the back, a majestic vegetal wall designed with a landscape gardener offers a fresh and depolluting nature in the raw universe of the place.
