Villa Ô Chris

In a strategic area close to transport while being close to the sea, Villa Ô Chris is an independent house on the owners' land. It has been renovated with taste and colors and has all the comforts: reversible ducted air conditioning, large fully equipped kitchen, good insulation, PRM accessibility, parking space, private terraces and spa. The airport is only 7km away (nuisances depending on the time and the wind, mainly outside), the Aix TGV station is 11km away. Swimming is possible at the Berre pond 10km away and on the Côte Bleue 15km away. From your private parking space, you will access the cottage through a gate opening onto the terrace. It is composed as follows:
- Integrated kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. - Dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, then living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, connected TV (one step between the two spaces). - Bedroom with 140x190cm bed, open wardrobe and skylight. - Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, large built-in closet, TV and bay window opening onto the terrace with spa. - Shower room with Italian shower (shower seat), WC, sink, storage unit and heated towel rail. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, blind and barbecue on one side; terrace with relaxation area and spa, opening onto a landscaped garden and a pétanque court at the back of the owners' house. The 4-person spa is available from March to September as an option (€90). Reversible ducted air conditioning throughout the accommodation. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Wifi. Baby equipment available. PMR accessibility (adapted door widths, thresholds for doors and steps, shower seat, removable grab bar). Video surveillance outside.
