The cottage "Un Petit Coin de Paradis" is located on the ground floor of the owners' villa, facing the southern slopes of the Luberon. On one level, it is composed of:
- A kitchen/dining room with 4-burner gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dining area for 4 people and tea corner for 2 people.
- A living room (no window in this room) with convertible sofa (extra bed possible for 2 additional children with supplement), flat screen TV, bookcases and pedestal tables.
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, desk and chest of drawers.
- A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, meridian, piano, armchair and private bathroom for this bedroom with shower 80x80cm and washbasin.
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
- A separate WC. Gravelled outdoor area with garden furniture, in which you can meet Miss, the yorkshire, or Plume and Bella, the cats of the house. Beautiful swimming pool area, with swimming pool reserved for the use of tenants 9x4m, depth 1.5m, accessible from 15/05 to 30/09 from 9am to 10pm. No sun creams or oils tolerated when using the swimming pool.
Private parking on the closed property. All included: electric heating, end of stay cleaning, sheets and towels. Only pool towels can be rented as an extra on request from the owners, for €5 per person.
Owners' washing machine available on request.
