In the heart of a Provençal hamlet, in the hills of Pagnol between calanques and Pays d'Aix, beautiful old village house, nicely restored and decorated, comprising a main house and another gîte (13G45 l'Indigo), facing a large shared garden with flowers and trees of 600 m². Access to the gîte via an exterior staircase of 10 steps: kitchen/living room on 2 levels (staircase of 3 steps), combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, TV. A bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Shower room/WC. Electric heating package in winter: €50/week. Laundry room in the basement accessible from the outside, common to both gîtes (washing machine). Garden furniture in a private, non-adjoining outdoor space of 25 m² (access via a 2.50 m footbridge and two steps). Common barbecue. Cleaning on request (30€). Parking 60 m away, at the bottom of the hamlet. Hikes in the hills from the hamlet. IGN maps available. The owner, a paraglider, will be able to advise you on take-off areas.
COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING cottage, not recommended for people with mobility problems (stairs, differences in levels).
