On the 1st floor (accessible via the garage or via an exterior staircase):

- Independent kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer and bar area with 2 stools.
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, open wardrobe, full-length mirror.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink with drawers and cupboard, heated towel rail and WC.
On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, closed cupboard, full-length mirror. Private bathroom with Italian shower, sink, towel dryer and WC.
- Children's bedroom with 90x200cm bunk beds and storage drawers.
- Sleeping area giving access to the terrace: convertible sofa bed 140x190cm.
- Separate WC (access to the sleeping area).
- 25m² terrace with water point, electric barbecue, garden furniture.
On the ground floor, laundry area and 30m² garage that can accommodate a large vehicle. Private parking space in front of the garage.
