Tiki House

Welcome to the Tiki House! This maisonette built in 2023 on the land of the owners but without any vis-à-vis and with its completely independent entrance can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It has a pretty courtyard / small private garden of 52 m² with garden furniture, relaxation room, sunbathing, barbecue and small above-ground swimming pool 3x2m, depth 1.4m, heated from 15/09 to 15/11 and from 04/15 to 06/15. On one level, the cottage is composed of:
- A 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, combined washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee maker), kitchen island/dining area with high stools. Living room with 140x190cm convertible sofa, connected flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning and waterproof bluetooth speaker available.
- A bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and wardrobe closet.
- A bathroom with Italian type shower 80x80cm, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Access to the cottage is via a separate entrance located on a small path. The subdivision car park (public) is located at the end of this small path, 50m away. Municipal park in the immediate vicinity. All included: reversible air conditioning, electric heating, wifi (ADSL), end of stay cleaning, sheets and towels. The sea is less than 5km away (port of Cassis and Calanques), Marseille 20km away, Aix-en-Provence 40km away and Toulon 50km away.
