This great independent gite is located in the heart of the village of Gréasque, on a vast fenced garden with trees and flowers of 1750 m², with private above-ground pool.

On the ground floor: open equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, big capacity refrigerator/freezer, induction plates, central furniture. Living room with fireplace (wood provided), sofas, flat screen TV (large choice of channels), Hi-Fi, DVD player. Dining room overlooking the terrace shaded by a wisteria. Large office with library and piano. Storage space.
The long corridor serves 3 bedrooms : 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90x190cm, small dressing room, wash basin. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x190cm, desk. 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm. Separate WC with wash basin. Large laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sink. Beautiful bright bathroom with large open shower.

On the 1st floor : 4th bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons 160x200cm. 5th bedroom with direct view on the mountain Ste Victoire, sofa with futon 140x190 cm, infra-red sauna. Bathroom with old-style bathtub type lion's paw , toilet.

Above ground private pool, circular, diameter 3.5 m, depth 1.6 m, from April to October.
2 shaded terraces of 30 and 40 m². Barbecue. Petanque game area. Plane trees, fountain.

Oil heating (package € 80 per week during winter). Internet (wifi). Triple glazing. View on Ste Victoire. Parking for several cars in the driveway on the field closed by a gate, alarm. Linens and towels provided, beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning offered.
