Roxlia

In Mallemort, Patricia, Gilles and their Malinois dog Iron welcome you to their Roxlia gîte which can accommodate up to 8 people. It is an atypical independent house located on their land, sharing with them a very beautiful flowered outdoor space and a pretty swimming pool.
The property is located below the RD561 between Charleval and Pont Royal, which allows very quick access to the international golf course.

On the ground floor, the gîte is composed of:
- A living room with equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer), dining area (high table and 8 high chairs), lounge area (BZ sofa bed with quality mattress, bench/bed and flat screen TV) and reversible air conditioning.
- A bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and baby bed.
- Shower room with a 80x110cm shower, sink and toilet.

Accessible by an external staircase, a large attic bedroom offers a 1st sleeping area with a 140x190cm double bed, wardrobe, armchair, console and mirror. 2nd sleeping area separated from the 1st by a Japanese curtain with a 160x200cm double bed, leather sofa and armchair, coffee table and end-of-bed bench. Small refrigerator, kettle, microwave. Bookcase. Reversible air conditioning.
The upstairs bedroom has an adjoining terrace with a view of the countryside and greenery.

Owners' washing machine available in a shared outdoor laundry room.
Closed parking for 2 cars in the private courtyard.
Mosquito nets on the windows.

Included: heating (heat pump - solar panels + reversible air conditioning), electricity and sheets.
Animals: 1 small dog (less than 15kg) accepted free of charge.
Optional extra: end-of-stay cleaning, towel rental.
