This pretty studio for 2 people, located on the ground floor of the owners' villa, offers you a peaceful setting for a relaxing stay in the sun. Adjoining another gîte, it has its own shaded terrace with a clear view of the garden. The swimming pool shared with 2 other gîtes and the owners will allow you to cool off after a day of exploring. In the countryside of Aix en Provence, the historic center is only a 30-minute walk away and the road accesses to the surrounding tourist sites are very close.

The studio is composed of a main air-conditioned room with 2 beds 90x200cm, dining area for 2 people, kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, 2 electric burners, extractor hood, small appliances), TV and wardrobe. Shower room with Italian shower and sink. Separate toilet.

Outside, private terrace of 30m² on two levels with garden furniture. Terraced land of 6000m² not enclosed. Shared swimming pool (14x5m open from 9am to 8pm from mid-May to mid-September, chlorine and secured by alarm). Pool towels on request at an additional cost from the owners. Ping-pong table and hammocks. Shared barbecue (except windy days). Possibility of massages on site at an additional cost.

Parking space on the property closed by gate.

Reversible air conditioning. Wifi (fiber). Sheets and towels included. End of stay cleaning included.

Pacha and Pilou, the owners' two dogs, are accompanied by 2 cats and chickens that you will meet during your stay. Your pet is also welcome (except categorized dogs, supplement of 5€/day, 1 animal max, droppings picked up, kept on a leash on the property).
