Very nice open view over the countryside on the estate, view of the Montagnette to the west and the Palais des Papes to the northwest. Access to the gîte via the private shaded terrace of 19 m² with its garden furniture. On one level, the gîte is composed of:
- Living room with lounge with comfortable corner sofa, large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Dining area for 4 people. Kitchen equipped with 3 induction hobs, extractor, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. Bar with 2 high stools.
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, armchair and valet.
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, wardrobe and valet.
- Shower room with Italian shower 80x140cm, basin, heated towel rail and washing machine.
- Independent WC. Shared swimming pool 10 x 5 m, depth 0.5 to 1.75 m, accessible from 01/04 to 01/11, secured by barrier and alarm. Reversible air conditioning and auxiliary electric heating (included). Sheets and towels offered. Pool towels for hire on request (5 €), optional end-of-stay cleaning. Internet by fiber (ethernet cable + wifi). Mobile phone available. Parking on the property. Common outdoor area of about 100 m², barbecue. Badminton court available. High chair, cot, bath and bottle warmer on request.
