With a beautiful outdoor space in the countryside and access to many leisure facilities (swimming pool, billiards, table tennis), this cottage that can accommodate 4 people is perfectly located for touring the Alpilles.

This Petit Mazet is a cottage for 2 to 4 people, located in the countryside, with a large private garden and terrace and access to the property's swimming pool. The owners live on site and also offer 4 non-approved Gîtes de France guest rooms. On one level, the cottage is composed of:
- A living room with kitchen area with 4-burner gas hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer. Dining area for 4 people. Convertible sofa 140x190cm, flat screen TV. Reversible climate control. Storage area with household utensils.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, armchair and reversible air conditioning.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower 120x90cm, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Very nice outdoor space with private garden of around 500 m², 2 terraces of 28 and 22 m², one of which is sheltered by wisteria, shaded outdoor relaxation lounge and free access to the 3-hectare property with a small forest.
Access to the owners' laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Common leisure facilities: swimming pool 6x12m, depth 1.2m to 1.6m, accessible from 15/04 to 15/10, billiards and ping-pong table.
Parking on the property.
