The house, organized on 4 levels, includes 7 bedrooms including an independent studio with easy access for disabled people (adapted door width, ramps, large walk-in shower). In the basement: very large room with US billiards, jukebox, table football, exercise bike, numerous games including children's games, sauna/hammam with infrared or stove and small 7-seat cinema room. On the ground floor :

- Indoor swimming pool 3x10m, depth 1.5m, beautifully landscaped, with light fountain. Overhead projector and projection screen allowing you to watch a film directly in the water. Shower and WC.
