In a beautiful environment of green campaign, charming building with the cottage on the ground floor, semi-detached with the owners.
Pool 18 x 9 (from 10/06 to 30/09 - till 9 at night), tennis court (synthetic coating).
Entry by a South oriented sas, giving access to the kitchen/dining area : quality management (plate vitroceramics, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, espresso). Bedroom with double bed (160 x 190). Spacious and bright bathroom with Italian shower and toilet (beautiful materials). Living room with sofa and armchairs, TV flat screen (122 cm), fireplace/insert (1 outbreak free - € 15 extra cash). It opens on the outside on the South side.
To the East of the House, large covered terrace (30 m²) with garden furniture, lounge, Deckchair, barbecue, ping pong table.
Wi-fi in the House, sheets and towels, electric heating included, cleaning on request (€50), pets allowed under conditions (deposit €50). Extra bed on request. Garage eventually available on request.
A magical place, in the heart of a beautiful environment, not far from the major sites of the Alpilles. Small roads for cyclists, hiking for walkers. On the same place, bed and breakfast lodgings of France at a neighbouring property owner.
