Located between Avignon and Alpilles, the Mas des Écoliers, which dates from the 19th century, welcomes you with family or friends for unforgettable stays. Renovated in 2021, the Mas has 5 rooms named after school subjects, equipped with sanitary facilities, lounge by the fireplace, private swimming pool and garden. The refined decoration, created by Marie the owner from antique furniture and brought up to date, will not fail to seduce you and remind you of school memories. A real paradise for young and old!
The Mas is adjoining the owners' home, but without vis-à-vis. On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of:
- Living / dining room with dining area for 12 people, small living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa, armchairs and fireplace (wood supplied). Many games and books available.
- Kitchen equipped with central island, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- Cellar with washing machine and dryer, household utensils.
- Science room of 18 m² with 1 bed 180x200cm, adjoining bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs :
- Geography and History rooms, both equipped with a 160x190cm double bed and a bathroom with basin, walk-in shower and WC (separate WC in the History room).
- French room with 1 double bed 160x190cm.
- Sport Room: children's paradise, with 4 90x190cm beds, 2 of which are on the mezzanine protected by a net.
- Shower room with walk-in shower.
- Bathroom with bathtub and large, school-type deep washbasin.
- Independent WC. Private terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture and relaxation lounge, barbecue, private garden 2000 m², swimming pool 5x10m, maximum depth 1.5m, secured by barrier. Pétanque field, inflatable football cages available.
Kids-friendly gîte, complete kit for babies available. All included: end of stay cleaning, sheets, towels, reversible air conditioning and heating. Wireless.
