Nestled in the heart of a large, green, unfenced garden, ideal for biodiversity, this independent studio welcomes you for a peaceful, natural getaway for two. Located on the owner's property, the cottage offers wonderful privacy with its private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or reading in the sun.
Also enjoy the shared swimming pool (5x10m, flat bottom, 1.60m, salt water, protected by an alarm, open from June 1 to September 30, weather permitting), perfect for cooling off on sunny days.
Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a base for exploring the region, this cottage offers a relaxing, natural setting.
Pets are welcome, with the exception of cats. Orion, our dog, is very sociable with humans and other dogs, but unfortunately hasn't yet made peace with them.

The air-conditioned Mas de Viasse has its own private entrance: a 160x200 sofa bed (mezzanine not accessible), coffee table, TV, wardrobe, table with 3 chairs, 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, filter and pod coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and a bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, and heated towel rail.

Parking on the property and Wi-Fi are available.

The price does not include: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, towels, and tourist tax.
