Located in the heart of the Alpilles, near Les Baux de Provence, Arles and Salon de Provence, Mas de la Coussoulade is a beautiful independent house with large exteriors. The owner's main residence, it is very well equipped and available from June to September. The enclosed garden is equipped with children's games (swing, ping pong table, etc.) as well as a garden furniture area, pool house and swimming pool with barbecue. On a single level, the farmhouse is composed as follows:
- Dining room with extending table and chairs for 12 people.
- Air-conditioned living room with 2 sofas, coffee table, bookcase, piano, TV.
- Independent kitchen with scullery: table and chairs, TV, dishwasher, 2 gas burners and 2 induction burners, oven, microwave, American fridge and additional fridge.
- 3 bedrooms with 140x190cm beds and cupboards.
- 1 bedroom / office with convertible sofa 140x190cm.
- Bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower cabin and heated towel rail.
- Independent WC.
- Master bedroom with 160x200cm bed, ceiling fan, French window opening onto the terrace, private bathroom with built-in cupboard, separate WC. Private garden of 2600m², trampoline, swing, ping pong table, slide, private swimming pool 8x4m (depth 1.40m). Terrace in front of the house with garden furniture. Pool house with summer kitchen, covered garden furniture, relaxation lounge. Gas barbecue + masonry. Alpilles regional natural park, access to the GR 1km.
Babies welcome: travel cot, high chair and children's dishes.
Private parking on the property.
Solar panels allowing you to have electricity autonomy. Sheets, bathroom linen and electricity included. End of stay cleaning included. Pet accepted under conditions: 2 maximum, collection of droppings obligatory, €35/week/animal.
