You can enjoy a pretty park of fruit trees, greenery and a beautiful private swimming pool with its pool house and fully equipped kitchen. On two levels, the farmhouse is composed on the ground floor:
- an entrance with sofas and coffee table, large library and desk.
- a living room equipped with three sofas, a coffee table, a TV connected to the box (Netflix, Amazon Prime access, etc.)
- a kitchen open to the dining room, equipped with dishwasher, American fridge, 2 induction burners and 2 gas burners, oven, microwave, scullery with plenty of storage and equipment.
- a bathroom with independent access: shower, sink and toilet.
- a bedroom opening onto the terrace: 140x190cm bed, wall cupboard and private shower room/WC.
Upstairs (fully air-conditioned):
- 4 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, two with 140x190cm double beds and one with a 160x200cm bed.
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- 1 bathroom with double sink, corner bath and toilet
- 1 separate toilet with basin. Possibility to accommodate 2 additional people on request. Sheets, linens and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included. Passage of a gardener and a swimming pool specialist included. Electricity billed in real time on meter reading.
Parking for up to 6 cars, ping pong table, basketball hoop, pétanque balls, 13.5x5.5m swimming pool (1.5 to 2.5m deep) secured by a shutter and open from May 1 to September 30.
