Immerse yourself in the heart of the Arlesian bullfighting tradition in this vast hunting area that is the Camargue. Shared heated swimming pool (12x6 - 1m30 to 1m80) set up in an old sheepfold (beautiful construction) with showers and toilets.
Additional swimming pool service: €100/week from April to the end of October from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., to be paid directly to the owner. Ground floor: large living/dining room of 140 m² with fireplace (wood 20€/week), sofa, armchairs and TV. Large dining table. Kitchen open to the living room with a serving hatch (2 refrigerators/freezers, 5-burner gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven), Nespresso coffee maker. Shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with lots of character with 1 140 cm bed and 1 single bed (90x190cm), double. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 100x190cm accessible from the 1st bedroom.
Terrace of 30 m², private land and open courtyard (30 m²), garden furniture, barbecue, parking, portico. Central heating (80€/week). Baby bed and chair. Housekeeping on request. Sheets and towels included. Pets allowed with a supplement of 10€/day/animal and a deposit of 50€. Animal reception conditions: dog kept on a leash, vaccination record provided, insurance certificate provided, collection of droppings. No cats.
