Halfway between the Camargue and the Alpilles, the Mas de Ceoulet is a beautiful independent Camargue-style house with private swimming pool, ideal for stays with family or friends.
With a Camargue decoration with African influences, it was freshly renovated in 2022. It is located at the end of a path, without vis-à-vis and near agricultural land. Outside, a large garden of 4000m² with football goals and climbing frame for children, a secure private swimming pool (9x4.60m) open from May to September, a shelter that can accommodate two vehicles and an enclosed courtyard. The property is completely fenced. On the ground floor, it is composed of:
- an entrance with cupboard and wardrobe.
- a large living room with dining room, open kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and extractor hood, a living room accessible by a step with sofas, coffee table and connected TV.
- a laundry room with American fridge with freezer, 9kg washing machine and dryer.
- a master bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds that can be twinned into a 180x200cm bed, lounge area, private bathroom open to the bedroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs :
- a children's bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds with storage under the beds, storage chest of drawers and private bathroom open to the bedroom with vanity unit and walk-in shower.
- two double bedrooms: one Africa theme and the other sea theme. Each has a 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and reading lights, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- a bathroom with double basin and vanity unit, walk-in shower with glass shower screen.
- a separate toilet with washbasin. Floor heating by heat pump on the ground floor, oil-filled radiators upstairs. Fireplace planned in the living room for the end of 2022. Sheets and towels included. End of stay cleaning optional.
