A fully restored and furnished house for 6 people, with a surface area of 80m2, located at the entrance to the estate, on the Paul Ricard esplanade, near the La Bergerie restaurant and the Place des Arènes.

The gîte also benefits from a small terrace and private courtyard, where you can enjoy the view over the esplanade and the beautiful light.
The kitchen is integrated into the dining room and living room. A vast, perfectly appointed space with TV, large sofa, dining table and kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave oven, etc.
A large bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room + separate toilet.
Two medium-sized bedrooms, each with its own double bed, open onto a small hall and shower room with shared toilet.
The gîte is air-conditioned. Free parking is available close to the Vieille Ecole.
