- Shared swimming pool: Enjoy access to the swimming pool (3x6m, depth 1.2m, open from 01/06 to 30/09 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.), shared with the owners, to cool off during the beautiful Provencal days. The swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter, it is also fenced with security gates.
- Animals Welcome: Your 4-legged friends are welcomed free of charge, for a stay in complete conviviality.
- Practicality: A private parking space is included for your peace of mind.

The cottage is composed of a living room with kitchen equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, mini electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso pods compatible with Senseo-type soft pods), small household appliances. Lounge area with a sofa, desk, flat screen TV. Dining area for 4 people. Reversible air conditioning.
Mezzanine upstairs with 1 double bed 160x200cm and connected flat screen TV (Amazon Prime) with DVD/BD player and home cinema.

Please note: due to the narrowness of the steps leading to the mezzanine, this layout is not suitable for children for safety reasons.

Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning included. Bathroom linen for hire. Electricity billed at actual cost on meter reading (electric heating + reversible air conditioning) after deduction of 8kW/day.
