L'Oustau de Louis

In the village of Lançon-de-Provence not far from Salon de Provence, l'Oustau de Louis is part of a set of 2 gites and the owners' house on a closed courtyard with flowers and trees at the foot of the village. Access on the ground floor via a small shaded terrace in the day room: relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, flat screen television. Dining area in front of the integrated kitchen (ceramic hob with 3 burners, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, small appliances, coffee pod and filter coffee maker, fridge/conservative compartment). Storage cellar. WC with shower. Upstairs, very nice bathroom fitted out on the landing in a workshop style (steel upright) with bathtub, towel dryer radiator, washbasin cabinet and wc. The bedroom overlooks the garden and the roofs of the village, facing south, and has a double bed (160x200), storage. In each room, beautiful furniture, decoration testifying to a very sure taste and an original creativity. Parking possible nearby in the rue de la Liberté (free parking spaces nearby). Sheets and towels included. Cot and high chair on request. The cottage is air-conditioned (centralized reversible air conditioning - included in the price). Washing machine common to the two gîtes in the outdoor laundry room. Internet (wi-fi). A pleasant and comfortable pied-à-terre, close to the main amenities and shops, ideally located halfway between Marseille and the Camargue
