L'Oustalet du Comtat

Located in the Provencal village of Mollégès, the Oustalet du Comtat is a cottage for 6 people with courtyard, small garden and private parking for 2 vehicles, in a century-old farmhouse. This house full of character is the ideal place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You will also enjoy cooling off in the owners' above-ground swimming pool at your disposal (7.8x3.8m, depth 1.2m, accessible from May 1st to September 30th).

The ground floor includes:
- The living room with exposed beams and beautiful cement tiles, leather sofa, connected flat screen TV (Orange box channels), wood stove (wood provided), dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people.
- The kitchen equipped with a 5-burner gas range with gas oven, 1 mobile induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining area for 4 people.
- The bathroom includes a 80x80cm shower, washing machine, sink, heated towel rail and small storage/laundry area.
- Opposite the staircase leading upstairs, the closed toilet.

This characterful cottage then has 3 bedrooms upstairs, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Each room is carefully decorated to offer a warm and authentic atmosphere. The 1st bedroom has 2 90x190cm beds, the 2nd bedroom has a 140x190cm double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed.

Enjoy the private courtyard and its flower garden where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Adjoining the owners' house, the cottage offers total independence while allowing easy access to the advice and warm welcome of Cécile and Bernard.

Pets are welcome free of charge, sheets and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is optional. Wifi (fiber).

Stay in complete peace with your baby thanks to the equipment available: high chair, changing table, bathtub, travel cot and potty.
