Located under the owners' accommodation and adjoining gîte no. 370 ("Milou"), it is located on a 70 ha farm. Ground floor: kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven), dining room/living room (convertible/2 people). Television. 1 bedroom with double bed (180x190) or 2 twin 90x190 beds. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Bathroom. Separate WC. Sheets, household linen included. Covered terrace (20 m²), private outdoor space (100 m²), garden furniture, barbecue, parking.
4G internet access Animal reception conditions: Pet supplement €20/day/animal, deposit €50, dogs kept on a leash, tied up, in a kennel. Entry prohibited into the gîte. Vaccination record provided. Insurance certificate provided. Category 1 prohibited. Collection of droppings.
