In the heart of the village of Château Gombert, in the 13th arrondissement of Marseille, discover a warm guesthouse where Frédéric welcomes you with simplicity. Located on the first floor of the house, accessible by an outdoor staircase, the two guest rooms feature a private terrace for two people with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the mild Provençal climate.
You'll delight in the hearty breakfasts, adapted to your sweet or savory preferences (homemade cakes, yogurts, cheeses, fresh eggs, charcuterie, fruit salad, etc.), served on Frédéric's shaded terrace or in the shared dining room, depending on the weather.

The Nicolas room offers a comfortable cocoon with a double bed (140x190 cm), a bookcase stocked with comics and manga, a large dressing room, a desk, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The more spacious Manon room features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), armchairs, a desk, a flat-screen smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a chromatherapy whirlpool tub, a multi-jet shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet.

Guests also have access to a shared air-conditioned living room with a seating area, a dining area, and a courtesy tray.
Reversible air conditioning is provided in each room for optimal comfort year-round.
A shared inflatable spa is available upon reservation with the owner for an additional moment of relaxation.
An additional rollaway bed is available as an option.
Private parking is available nearby or on the property.

An ideal base for exploring the hills of the Massif de l'Étoile or the calanques of Marseille, the house is also close to the Musée du Terroir Marseillais and charming local markets.

Please note: 3 small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs live on the property. For this reason, pets are not allowed.
