In the village of Le Sambuc , in the heart of the Camargue, the gite Les Papyrus is a completely independent house with private terrace and garden. On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of : - A small entrance with children books and tourist information. - A 40 m² living room with dining area, kitchen (gas / induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher 6 people settings, combined microwave oven grill, Tassimo pod coffee machine and fridge / freezer) and living room (sofa bed 140x190cm (possibility of 2 extra beds), second sofa, coffee table, 82cm flat screen TV, DVD player and mini stereo). - A laundry room with washing machine, toilet and sink. - A large bedroom with private bathroom integrated into the room, with a double bed 160x200cm, walk-in shower 90x110cm with thermostatic and basin. Upstairs : - A second bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm and wardrobe. - A third bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm with box spring (more suitable for children than adults). - A bathroom with bath with thermostatic, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Private enclosed terrace and garden about 80 m² with garden furniture. Barbecue. Reversible air conditioning and electric heating (included). Non smoking rental. End of stay cleaning on request (50 €), bed linen and towels rental on request. No wifi but 4G network accessible. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Parking possible on the public road in front of the house. This gite is located on the small locality of Le Sambuc , with small shops nearby. The sea is 12km away, Arles 20km. At 10 minutes is the Bac de Barcarin, allowing direct access to Fos-sur-Mer and Port St Louis du Rhone.
