Our rental is located in Provence, more precisely in Martigues, in a quiet neighborhood with single-family homes and several shops and amenities.

Martigues is a town that enjoys a privileged location, about ten kilometers from the seaside, known as the "Côte Bleue," which includes several seaside villages: Carry, Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset, Carro, La Couronne, Ensuès, and Ensuès-la-Redonne.

In the immediate vicinity of our rental are:
- FIGUEROLLES Park, which overlooks part of the Berre pond, with an educational farm, a miniature train ride, pony rides, children's playgrounds, a relaxation area, swimming, hiking and cycling, and a treetop adventure course.
- Julien Olive Park and many other gardens in Martigues (Priory Garden and the edge of the Berre Pond)
- Martigues Water Sports Center (sailing club)
You can park your vehicle for free and securely in front of our house along the sidewalk.

This accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning and is designed for: 4 to 5 people maximum (including children); its surface area is approximately 50 m², with a separate entrance; it offers good comfort and well-equipped amenities.

It consists of:
- a hallway (with a wardrobe) leading to a separate bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers, two nightstands, and a small table.
- a living room with a sofa bed, chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a fold-down, wall-mounted sleeping area with two single bunk beds.
- a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric chopper, blender, pressure cooker, iron, etc.
- a separate toilet
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit (two sinks), and a washing machine (6 kg).

A hairdryer and bath mat are provided.
Sheets and linens are not provided.

Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside in the garden. You have access to a private garden of approximately 100 m², with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a drying rack.
