Living room: lounge area with sofa, coffee table, 2 poufs, flat screen TV then fitted kitchen area (4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, micro- waves). Reversible air conditioning (heat pump). Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190). Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190). Small laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, tancarville. Bathroom with open shower and WC. Garden furniture at the bottom of the balcony. Possibility to install deckchairs a few steps from the gîte. Barbeque available. High chair and cot on request. Parking space reserved for the gîte at the back of the Mas.
